I did not received my package and the seller do not answer my mails, there was not refund

Question

I have not received my package and the seller is not answering my mails for refund. UPS informed that the package returned to the seller but the seller says that he did not.
I Took pictures of the UPS tracking that shows the date and who received the package but I have not received any response of the seller.
I do not know how to contact eBay to explain what is happening now with the seller and show the proof that the seller received the package back

This may be either some type of a Seller scam, the Seller shipped knowing the package would be returned to them making it hard for you to receive your refund or you had a mistake on your address and the package was undeliverable.

I would start with filing a claim that you did not receive your item.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

If you do not win that claim then you will have to pursue a payment dispute with your funding source, PayPal, credit card, etc.
