I did not received an item
On Dec 06, I ordered a book which had a delivery date range ... Dec 20
Dec 20 pass by and asked the seller for updates. I was told that the book will be delivery before Christmas.
New year arrived and no response from the seller. Suddenly I saw a new delivery date of Jan 20. Now is February 2. Was able to contact E bay and I was told they will contact me on a certainly day and time with an update but they never did. I already purchase the book from another seller and just want the refund but all the doors seem to be closed. Any advice?

Mentor8 months agoThe estimated date of delivery would have been shown on the listing page when you purchased the item. Go to your Purchase History, click on Order Details to view the estimated date of delivery.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
