I did not receive my item back.
I have a question. Someone purchased a pair of glasses from me for $1,000. I sent them to eBay for authentication, but for some reason, they failed the verification—even though they had originally been purchased at a retail store in Singapore. I was notified that the item had been shipped back to me and that the buyer had been refunded. However, I haven't received anything yet. I checked the FedEx tracking number, but it doesn't list a specific delivery address—only a city. Furthermore, the photo showing the package at the delivery location does not match my home; the image shows a hallway that looks like it belongs to an apartment building, whereas I live in a private house, and the setting looks completely different here. Could you please tell me what I should do? Thank you.
