I did not receive an email or notification about an item sold

Question

I did not receive an email or notification about an item sold, I have always received both and I also always check the app daily for messages and there are none for this sale. The only reason I know about the sale is I happen to look at my account and seen a message there to ship the item. Has anyone else experienced this? If so was it an issue that needs attention? Does anyone know if this is a known issue? I would hate to miss future sales

This is an old random glitch that rotates around different sellers at different times for unpredictable periods. It has never been completely corrected, so best to always check your account at least once a day. It will go away, but you never know when it will hit you again or for how long.
