I did not get paid from eBay

Question

I sold an item, the buyer paid for the item, the item has been shipped and eBay did not pay me. I can't get a phone number or email for eBay to be able to brig this to the attention of eBay. Any ideas how to actually get in touch with them?

eBay often holds big payments for 30 days.
