I did not get a full refund.

Question

I made a purchace and added Allstate ins. for 2 years. A few days later I got an email stating that the delivery truck was in a serious accident and destroyed all the items. So they refunded me for the item. But now I can't figure out how to get a refund for the insurance. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. I would have rather they put a horse in their story, I like westerns ! 😉
