Contacted ebay about item not received!
got no help
they contacted seller and basically told me to bad!
no tracking from seller
no proof of delivery
bad customer service from ebay!

Did you file a Refund Request within 30 days from estimated date of delivery?
When the seller did not respond, did you escalate your case by asking Ebay to step in to help you?
