I did bulk shipping but accidentally left one of the items off of the packing list.
The package has shipped. How do I put the item in the packing list after it has shipped?

If the package is already with the carrier, you will need to buy another label and send a second package.
In your sold orders or label history, select get another label. Then change the weight and dimensions to the new second package.
Send the buyer a message explaining that 1 item is being sent in a separate package.

OP8 months agoThank you, wooden-flower. However, the item is already shipped in the package where I left it off of the slip. In other words, the package has 5 items but the slip is only showing 4 items. Do I just send another package that is empty but uses a new label for the item?

Oh, I’m sorry, I misunderstood.
You can send the packing slip to the buyer in an eBay message. I would then manually mark the item shipped - I don’t think the system will let you add that same tracking # to another item.
I would not send the buyer a package with just the packing list - I think hey would be confused by the new tracking number and say they received an empty package.
You can explain to the buyer that the item is in the package, and that it just wasn’t included on the packing list.

OP8 months agoNo worries. I don't think I explained it well initially. I was very confused and frustrated. I did manually mark it shipped and have reached out to the buyer. I have yet to hear back. Thank you so much for your assistance!
