I recently tried to contact the seller of an item I'd just purchased. When I click on "contact seller," a window appears on the right side of my screen where I can supposedly enter a message, but I can't type anything into the box. I'm assuming there has been a recent upgrade that is no longer compatible with Firefox. Is that the case, or maybe something else? Keep in mind that everything works until I try to type something into the pop-up message box, at which point nothing happens. ...
