I denied buyer a return for jeans not fitting.
The denial for "doesn't fit" is legit, as I listed photos of all tags and photos of inseam next to a tape measure, waist next to tape measure and rise next to tape measure.
Now the buyer sent me a message stating that the color of the jeans is different than what is shown in photos.
Is ebay going to side with the buyer on this, even though they already closed her return request for the "doesn't fit" issue?

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer already filed a returns request for "doesn't fit" and you have a No Returns policy, you can indeed decline the return. If the case has already closed, the buyer can't file another case to return the item. Only one case per transaction.
