today is the only day I am able to ship, now I have to wait 24hrs to make a new shipping label?

As a reminder, the voided label will be refunded within 2 weeks usually.

No, you do not have to wait 24 hours. After voiding the label, just select PRINT ANOTHER LABEL. Make sure you enter the correct weight and dimensions of the package and print it out.

Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Click the 3 dots, click Get Another Label.
