I created a 2nd account accidently a few years back.
When I realized I was signed into an account I didn't recognize and I guess I created it with my google account and I want to close this account but it has a purchase history I want to transfer to my 1st account. Is this possible?

You are more than welcome. Closing an account is not immediate, it will take time before eBay permanently shuts it down.
