I couldn’t access the paid shipping label so I had to purchase a new one at usps.
Now, the product has been received, but the label will say it’s still in shipment because I had to buy a new label at the post office. How can I get paid for my item that I sold if it’s still saying that it’s in process of shipment? Thank you anyone please help or give me a number to call eBay I’ve already told the buyer what has gone on, but I’ve had no response . I still need to get paid for my items

Is there a tracking number on the order from the shipping label that was not used? If so you need to void the unused label then add the tracking number from the label you purchased at the Post Office.
To void the unused shipping label:
Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

To add the correct tracking number go back to the order and in the drop down menu is the option to add tracking.
