I completed a transaction, however the seller is saying they wont ship unless I send more money
I need some advice, I purchased a very expensive part for my car, I completed the transaction through eBay and PayPal. The money was taken from my account. However, I received an email saying they were not going to send the part out unless I pay $300 more. What should I do?
