I closed a case by mistake, now seems that I would never get my refund
would anyone help me please?
I bought from YESCHOSEME window trims on octuber last year. Order 24-13730-11738. I never received the item. The item was returned to China for a reason I ignore. I opened a case then he agred to sent the item again. By mistake I closed the case and YESCHOSEME is no longer answering my messages. Seems that i will never get the item nor the refund and I think that is not fair.

Mentor6 months agoOnce you closed the case, you were informing Ebay that you no longer need help with the transaction.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to dispute the charge. Keep in mind that it has been 6 months since your purchase so your bank/credit card company may or may not let you dispute the charge.

Once closed, an eBay case cannot be reopened.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. Many card issuers offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
