I charged without completing the order.
Hello, I am writing because I was charged for an item, but the purchase does not appear in my 'Purchase History,' and I haven't received a confirmation email Thank you.

Mentor8 months agoIs it possible you made the purchase as a Guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
