I cantrefund a customer!

They returned the item. But ebay has their funds on hold. I do not have another pay method. I mean, im trying to sell things to make money. I cant chat with an agent. The only option they give me is to have that we m call, however, my phone audio is messed up from water and I RELLY NEED HELP

@flamingc-19 You need to add a back up payment method for selling costs. That is where the refund comes from. Once the buyers refund is processed the original payment is released to you.

If you contact an agent they will say that they will "handle it" for you, what they will do is FORCE a refund from your account and you will get a DEFECT and will not get your sellers fees back.

So you need to add a credit card to your account to refund the buyer ASAP.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.

Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.

Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
