I can't tell if the buyer is a scammer
Summary: chichum listed an item on eBay which was quickly purchased by a buyer with a positive history. Despite the swift transaction, eBay has put a hold on the payment due to potential "suspicious activity." The buyer's message raises concerns, and chichum is considering shipping the item with signature confirmation but seeks advice on whether to proceed or be worried about a scam.
I listed an item (24x items in one listing for $3k total) for sale and within 2 minutes, they were all purchased. They were paid for through eBay. The buyer, ai-techonlogy, has 960 positive reviews and has been a member since 2016. As soon as they paid for it, I got this message:
"Dear Seller,I have already bought and paid.I just have this account, Another ones are fake and scammer. please pay attention my user name:If you have more Ram for sale, please let me know
Thank you for business.Regards,"
As I mentioned, they paid through eBay. Their name and address match the legal records for the house it's going to. eBay also put a hold on paying me due to "suspicious activity with my seller account" likely because someone bought it immediately.
What do I do about this? There is no way to contact eBay to ask them. I am going to ship it via UPS with a signature required but is this something I should worry about?

ebay wants to make sure the funds are available if the buyer files a case. In addition to the Signature Required, you probably may also want to purchase additional insurance in case the package is lost or damaged.
