I can't talk to a real person.
I had bought a DVD set from a buyer. I received it and started watching. Some of the DVDs were defective. The seller said watch them and find out what ones don't work. I did figured out about 1/3 didn't work. The seller said he would send me replacements as soon as he has them back in stock. The seller does have them in stock now and wont send me the replacements. I have contacted the seller and they wont respond now. I try to contact ebay support to resolve the issue but it has been to long? I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay. Over that time frame you can contact your funding source about a defective item and see what coverage you have.
Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
Doesn't work defective
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
See this link to the USPS website that shows which countries have delivery confirmation for 1st class international packages.
