How many return requests/refund request have you filed?

OP10 months agoHi,
Â
I said "doesn't fir my needs" I'd like to say that the size of a Jacket that I bought not fit in my body and due to this I not be able to use. I hope that now is better the reason why I'd like to return the jacket.
Â
I send a message for the seller also to validate if they accept the return.
Â
I have 4 returns on the year.
Â
Thanks,
Sandro

·10 months agoHow many items have you purchased?  On some websites, if you return more than 10 - 15% of items purchased within 12 months, they will stop letting you return.  You state you’ve had 4 returns, I assume this would’ve been number 5.  If it was 10%, that would mean it would be considered a high number if you had purchased 50 items in the last 12 months.  But you only have 7 feedback, which would indicate your number of purchases is much lower.  For the amount of items it appears you’ve purchased, 4 or 5 returns is a lot.
Â
Also, doesn’t fit is a buyers remorse return, which means a seller with a no returns policy is not required to accept the return.
Â
(I’ve had 5 returns on Amazon this year, but I’ve also purchased over 200 items.  The number of returns needs to be small compared to the number of items purchased)

I had 15 purchases in 2025 and 4 returns, that correspond approximately to 26%. So in this case, as you explain above, I can't to request the return of the item that the size was not fit with me. Also I ask the seller, but they not return nothing to me, and so in this case I understood that they not will accept the return.
Â
In this case, what is the best solution? Stop to use Ebay and use others (maybe back to Amazon)? It's the first time that I had a problem like of this makes me re-evaluate the online shopping platforms I've been using and really work with the ones I can trust and not have these kinds of problems (like Amazon), but "is what it is"!
Â
So, I'll try to resell the item for someone that maybe the jacket will fit.
Â
Best Regards,
Sandro
