I can't revise my listing

-- You can't revise the listing if there is an Auction Bid or an outstanding Best Offer (including Counteroffer or Offer to Watchers) on the listing.

OR

-- You are at your selling limit.

You can see your personal selling limits, and you can request a limit increase here:

You can END your listing and relist at the price you want, if you are not at your selling limit, and the item doesn't have an auction bid.
