I can't revise my listing
I have a listing that I am trying to revise, but it won't allow me to. There is a lock on the photos and the description too. Can anyone help?There is no reason why I should be able to revise it. I just sold it recently. It is very frustrating.

·2 years agoHi @american-girl-home-decor Once you sell an item, you cannot revise that sold listing.
This is because once the item is sold, you cannot change what the buyer purchased as advertised in your listing.
If the buyer didn't pay, or if you have a similar/same item to sell, you can relist and then revise that new listing as needed: Go to Orders > Actions > Relist (or Sell Similar).

OP2 years agoThank you for trying to help, but that has nothing to do with it. I have been selling on eBay for 11 years, and I revise my listings all the time after they have been sold. If that were the case, I would have to end all 1,000 of my listings and relist them.
I have every right to update my listings with new photos and a new template if I want. I have never even had a return made on this item, so it makes no sense that I can't revise it. Even when someone has made a return on an item, as NOT AS DESCRIBED, I have been able to revise it. In the 11 years I've been selling on eBay, this is the first time I have seen something like this. It makes no sense whatsoever.

·2 years ago@american-girl-home-decor If it's still an Active listing with more than 1 Quantity, and you sold 1, then yes, you should be able to revise the Active listing (but not a listing shown in your Sold list).
