I cant retrieve complete messages from the seller
A response has come from the seller, but I can only see the beginning of it. I figure I must be doing something wrong, but I never had this problem before.

Mentor1 year agoIf you are looking at the message summary in the center panes of the message inbox window on a desktop browser, you should be able to click on the message to see the full message in the rightmost pane. You may have to scroll down to see the full message if it is long. If you do not see any scroll bars, use your scroll wheel or click on the message and use the arrow keys to scroll up and down.
If that does not help, try another browser.
