I can't redeem the item.
I buy items on eBay and resell them. But I had a problem with purchasing goods from one seller; I often purchased from him because of the good price and fast delivery. Now eBay allows me to buy only 1 product from them in 10 days. I contacted the seller but told me that he did not set any restrictions.
Why does eBay set such limits, anyone who has encountered this, please help!

Mentor2 years agoThere is a setting in the seller's Buyer Requirements that allows the seller to limit purchases to a certain number of items every ten days. The seller may be mistaken about setting that requirement or the seller may have forgotten about it.
If you are still unable to purchase after ten days and you get the same message, it is possible that there is some other reason why you cannot purchase and you are receiving that message from eBay by mistake.
