I can't purchase anything.

Question

I have been a long time ebay user, I am unable to buy anything. The only options I havee is to watch items. I thought it was a bug but now after a few months of this, I am at a loss. Does anyone know what is happening?

What error message are you seeing when you try to bid or purchase? Is it possible you have at least 2 unpaid purchases? If so, sellers can block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items from bidding/purchasing their items. Go to My ebay > Purchase history > Unpaid items Do you see anything there?
