I can’t post videos
Hi all,
PLEASE HELP! I have been posting/selling since Oct 2025. eBay platform has been seamless up until 3 weeks ago. I always post videos and pictures when I sell something to ensure the customer knows the proper condition of what they are buying! Now I can’t post any videos and the whole format has changed? I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have called EBay customer service and sent a troubleshoot request and have not had any guidance. I don’t know what to do. I have always posted from my Apple device. I have followed their procedures to allow EBay access to my videos and photos and nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated!!
