I can't post an item on here - and I can't figure out what i am doing wrong
ive tried this several times.. changed things, updated my address. updated anything that i thought would give me a pass.. but i keep getting an error. and then it tells me also when i was digging around in here that i am not following guidelines.. so i am not allowed to bid or something. I have had ebay for like 20 years and just bought stuff on it.. but the time i try and sell something and it's a headache.
this is what it tells me

To remove the hold on your account, please contact a member of our customer service agents who will happy to assist. - i have found trying to contact this customer service agent.. and not a bot.. impossible.

any help or direction would be great. I am just trying to sell some of my clothing i've been hoarding since covid.. i didn't realize it was this complicated, lol.
