Mentor2 years agoNo, Unpaid item "strikes" remain on your record for 12 months.
Not all sellers have their requirements set to block bidders with unpaid item "strikes" so you may be able to find a different seller to buy from.
If the individual seller that you are trying to buy from has put you on their Blocked Buyer List, that is forever,

OP2 years agoYou cannot make place bids due to the history of unpayed items.
But all of my items have been paid

That message would not come up unless you caused a seller to cancel a transaction due to "buyer didn't pay".
On your Feedback Profile page you have a feedback that states "Buyer didn’t pay and didn’t respond back to emails. Transaction cancelled."

OP2 years agoBut I always respond back to emails.
I don't see that feedback in my list. Who is that seller who left such feedback?
