If you can login from a U.S. ISP you may be able to buy the item. However since you are probably using a U.S. Based freight forwarder or a friend to send the item to your country, if it is an item that is not allowed to be imported, your country's customs service may confiscate it. Drones and drone accessories are not allowed to be shipped to certain countries, Ukraine, Israel and some others.

@dzmmarus0 , You may have registered in the U.S. and have a U.S. shipping address but if you registered from a country outside of the U.S. your ISP address probably gave you away.
