I cant make purchases for ... 6 months!!! due to 2 alleged payments I apparently didn't do. Which it wasn't even true, sellers probably cancelled, or I don't know what happened. And i buy tons on ebay, how can i get my full account back? Thank you

Mentor2 years ago2 unpaid items will keep you from bidding/making offers for 1 year, not 6 months.

Mentor2 years agoCheck your purchase history. Unpaid items are shown at the bottom of the page.
If you have a reason for them, or dispute them, review them with customer service.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
