I can't give feedback, contact buyers but I can buy.
Ebay is not helping at all. I contacted the helper and he couldn't figure out what the problem was. So everyone who's waiting on feedback sorry I can't fix the problem. I can't send email or respond wither.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a user's profile to send a message to a user.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.

If none of that help, try another browser.
If you have messages from members sent to your email, you should be able to respond to the emails directly rather than using the blue "reply" button in the message.
