I can't get to (or find) the Advanced Listing Tool, so I am not able to add any videos.

When creating a new listing you can start the listing in seller hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

If you are working on new listing, not started on the advanced tool, look for the option to switch to the advanced/businesses tool at the top of the listing page.

If you are trying to add a video to an existing listing you will not be able to switch listing tools. You will need to end the listing, do a sell similar, and then switch listing tools.

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, none of the "Create lisiting" options on my seller hub start up the Advanced Listing Tool. And I can not find any option to switch to the advanced/business tool on my existing listing pages.

Any other ideas?

You have to be using a desktop computer. I don't think the app has the option for uploading a video yet.

Thanks, but I am using a PC. I talked to eBay support and they couldn't figure it out, so they started a ticket for tech support to look into it.

From seller hub. Click on create listings then use the Start listing with item info option. It looks like a search box at the top of the page.

Enter a few keywords and then click search. Do not select a match click use the continue without a match button at the bottom. This will open the listing page.

You will not be able to add a video to an existing listing not created on the advanced tool.
