I can't get seller to message me I have tried several times and nothing still have 148$ tied up.

If possible, could you provide more information? If you purchased something then wanted to Cancel you have to message the Seller and request that. While they do not have to 1) communicate or 2) honor the cancellation request smart ones will to avoid issues down the road ... like a returned item.
If there is something more to this they please post accordingly.

OP3 years agoI have message the seller several times no response at all ? I have tried 3 times today to see if there going ship it out or not . They created shipping info then never took it to carrier

OP3 years agoI just want my money or ice maker I ordered on 3rd . I don't understand why they can't lest message me and answer that question?

What you can do is wait one day past the original estimated delivery date and file an Item not received claim, the Seller will be given a few days to produce an active tracking number and failure to do that you can go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in for force the refund.

OP3 years agoOkay thank you I'm lost in this I have ordered from eBay for long time lots items and never had no issue. I told them I'd prefer my item then money bk . But they still want answer any me message. They created ups tracking # and label and that was it just keep s saying seller ant dropped off item to carrier.

It could be a scam because if they print their label through eBay but never ship they will not be charged for the UPS label. If you wait too long to file a claim you will not be able to do that through eBay and would have to pursue getting your money back via PayPal (if you paid that way) or a credit card charge back ...
You have 30 days to file a claim through eBay ... go to your Purchase history, find the item and file the claim.
