I cant get PRINT RETURN LABEL to print— the window following that ‘touch’ is blank , with the follow
…the window after I ‘key’ that— is blank, except for a 3-line menu in upper right of the blank window. When I open the menu it shows Get Help/Support/- or Cancel
The Get Help is NO help. Help! Now What?

Mentor2 years agoTry clearing your browser's cache and try the link again.
Make sure browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
If the label is printing blank:
When the return label print window opens, do not use the PRINT button at the bottom of the page. Instead click on the ">>" at the upper right of the window and either use the Print or Save option there.
If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.

The eBay account you are using to post was just created the day before yesterday.
If the order is older than that it was made using a different eBay account or as a guest. Sign out of this account and in to that account and print your return label there. If you purchased as a guest, sign out of this account and then use the link in the email you received from eBay to print the label.
