I can't get help with my problem!!

Question

I placed an order & paid for it. It was never shipped. I messaged the seller 4 times on the matter , with no response. The item no longer shows up in my purchases. I havent received my refund. I have a screenshot of my order. What can i do?

Does the order appear here, among your recent orders?

If so, and if you are within thirty days after the last estimated delivery date, you should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.

If you have waited too long for help from eBay, you may still have other options.
