I can't get ahold of anyone about my approved return.

Question

I have an approved return. I lost my phone which is the only way I go online. So I am using an alternate phone, same number. And I can't get to where I can see the return label. And I can't get any phone number to talk with a person. E-bay is about to lose my small account. But it will be over a thousand dollars they will loose yearly. Any idea on how to get ahold of someone. I'm at the post office now and no way to ship the package. Any idea how to get to talk to someone. I'm giving 15 more min...
