I can't find my returned funds.
I returned an item and opted for the credit to my eBay account.
eBay says the return was processed on the 1st and the funds were are available for purchases. It says the refund was as a gift card.
But they are not there and I can't figure out where they went?

Mentor1 month agoRefunds always credit to the original funding source. If this was a gift card you will see those funds to use on your next ebay purchase.

OP1 month agoWell when I did the return it said I could have the funds back onto the original source, which was a debit card, or to my eBay account, which would be available as soon as the post office Picked up the item. I have a notice that says I was credited and a gift card icon. I think I may have even seen the credit on my account when I went to make a purchase. But the purchase did not go through (the credit was twice as much as the purchase). So I used a CC and when I looked back it wasn’t there on my balance and it isn’t anywhere I can find. N
