I can't find my order to make a return.
I can't find my order to make a return. I was able to find my order number from my bank transaction but Ebay is not recognizing it in any way. I do not do a lot of buying on Ebay so I must be missing something???

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request, or an Item Not Received case.
