I can't find how to dispute my seller rating late shipping is wrong
I have had 4.7 late shipping for months and I've never had late shipping. Ebay agreed with this too, but the 4.7 remains. The page Ebay directs me to isn't helping state my case, so frustrating

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Seller Hub > Overview > Selling Tools > Seller Dashboard
Scroll down to Late shipment rate and click the check mark, then click Get full report. You will then see which items show they were shipped late (late acceptance scan or late delivery date).

OP1 year agoI've done that several times and there is 0 in full report. Same with items as described, O. Each of this categories are marked at 4.8. Now that I'm trying to sell some higher prices over $100 items, I feel these ratings are causing potential buyers to be wary. I want to see 5 out of 5. Is there anything I can do? Appreciate your comments, thank you.
