I can't add items to my shopping card

Question

When I try to add an item to my shopping cart this week I get a window that states:

'Something went wrong and your item(s) were not added to your cart. Please try again."

I've had this error previously but usually just switching to a different browser would solve the problem. But today even my go to browser is showing this problem, I've tried 3 different browsers. I've tried items from different vendors also, but I'm getting the same problem. As of right now, I can't use my shopping cart for a purchase.

Is this a known problem with a solution?
