I can't add active listings to Store catagory. I'm a new Ebay-store subscriber
I've just subscribed to ebay store. Ability to create store-category was one of the features included. But unfortunately its not letting me to. Can link my active listing, infact doesnt consider my listings as active and that has been stalling me from doing other stuff since 4 days ago. I've tried to contact ebay but I can't reach them. Can anyone guide me to fix this issue, please?

1) First you have to set up your categories here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/str/category
2) Then you edit your listings to add them to a category
Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and Revise a listing to add the category

You can also use "Bulk Edit", instead of revising each listing.
To change Store Categories
1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) Check the box beside each listing you want to make a change to. (start with just 2 listings)
3) Select the Edit drop-down to make your changes.
Once Bulk Edit opens,
1) Select your items again, then
2) Edit Fields
3) Category (under Listing Detail)
4) Store Category > Change to > Select the Store category
5) Apply
6) Submit All
7) Confirm and Submit
