I can’t access and pay for any offers
Hello…I have received a few offers for merchandise that I would really like to accept and pay for. However, I can’t, “view the offer to accept”so I am able to move to the purchase screen to pay for the offered price. Has anyone else noticed this before (recently)? I am even having trouble contacting the seller(s) to make them aware of this. Any suggestions here? I’d appreciate it. Thanks. C

Mentor5 months agoA possibility: The seller could have put out multiple offers and someone already bought it.

OP5 months agoYes, correct…to everyone in som circumstances. I may have to send the seller an email to see if they will adjust the price for the offer. I always submit my payment immediately. My screen just fogs over when I try to review the offers.

Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account if you are trying to use an email link.
Or go directly to your account and check the bids and offers page to make sure offer has not expired and that the item is still available:
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/bidsoffers
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
