I cannot view the details of offers that sellers suggest on items I follow on Ebay! Help Me!

Question

Sellers send me offers on items I am following, but I cannot view these sellers offer details and possibly accept any of these offers. What can I do? I tried to contact someone from Ebay but I only get unsatisfying automatic answers.

See if the offers appear on your Bids & Offers page, and if the offers have expired:

Also, check to make sure that your sellers ship to Belgium. If the seller does not have a shipping method specified for Belgium, the seller may be blocking your payment even if you choose a different shipping address at checkout.
