I cannot update my email address because Ebay says it's taken but I'm using it

Does anyone know how I can contact ebay to help me update my email address? When I put in my new email address which I am signed into, it says it's taken already. thank you!

Each eBay account needs a unique email address. If eBay says your email address is already in use, that means it is associated with a different eBay account, and you will need to use a different email address for this account.

Some email providers allow more than one unique email address to point to the same inbox, however:
