I cannot sign in, says my account not found?
I cannot sign in, says my account not found? I have tied everything to be able to sign in.
Does anyone have a number where I can actually speck to someone?

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are entering the correct username and password. Try entering the email address you used to register the account as your username.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
If none of that helps, on the page where you enter your password, use the "Need help signing in?" link. Follow the "Password reset" link but do not actually reset your password. Instead, use the "contact" link -- that is for users that are unable to sign in to their accounts to contact eBay.
