I cannot select/enter any international shipping options in templates or listings.
After 30+ years on eBay, suddenly I can no longer select any international shipping in templates or listings. I can click on International Shipping 'til I'm blue in the face and nothing happens. I want to offer $3.50 shipping with option of eBay shipping. I inadvertently clicked off the eBay shipping button and understand I can't turn it back on for 24 hours, but I've been unable to list flat rate options for some time.
