My buyer paid for postage for earrings back in July. E-bay will not honor that and send me a paid label so I can send her the earrings she paid for. She had to waait until I returned to Fl. where the earrings were at and now e-bay wants the postage money twice.

You pay eBay for the shipping label and then eBay pays the shipping company for the label. The shipping company has the money after that, NOT eBay.
You can VOID a label within 5 days of purchasing it but labels expire if not used, the time length varies depending on the shipping company. You need to use the shipping label within a few days of the date you stated on the label for shipping when you purchased it.
Also by not shipping within your stated handling time you received a late shipping defect on your account.
You will have to pay for the shipping again out of pocket as this is your error.
If I wanted to accommodate a buyer that wanted an item held that long I would cancel the sale and relist for them when they returned.
