I have trouble to get hold of eBay customer service. I opened a Refund Request because I have never received the item, and the seller lured me into closing the request, and Seller refused to communicate now and disappeared. I cannot reopen the case. I tried to reach out to the customer service, but the Chat always only gave me an option of "Let us call you back". I see so many missing call records on my phone, but the phone never rang.
