I cannot purchase a shipping label - "Something went wrong."
I cannot purchase a shipping label for an order. It just loads a page saying "Something went wrong."
Looks like customer requested USPS as a carrier but cannot get beyond the item page or ready to ship page. I was able to purchase a label earlier this morning from Ebay.
