I cannot print the shipping label.

Question

I ordered an item as a guest. I received the email to print the shipping label to send the item back; however, ebay makes me sign onto my account, then I get an error "something went wrong". This happens when I try to access it though any browser or computer. I can't get to the actual shipping label to print it.

@sasunle In order to print a guest order return label you must first sign out of your current eBay account, or else right click on that link and open it in a private or incognito browser window.
